Membership Fees
$15 per household made payable to 9th Virginia Cavalry
$15 per individual or $30 per household made payable to NCWC
9th Virginia Membership Form - This form is to request membership in the 9th Virginia Cavalry Unit. It should be submitted simultaneously with the NCWC membership form, minor release form, and equine waiver, as applicable.
NCWC Membership Form - This form should be submitted to the above address to be reviewed by the unit commander. Each individual member must submit their own application, but all members of the same household need only submit one application fee. Your unit commander must sign the form before it will be accepted by the NCWC.
Minor Release Form - Required for all minors participating at events!
Equine Waiver- This form must be submitted for each mounted cavalry member.
